How does Openfinance Technologies, LLC protect my personal information?

How does Openfinance Technologies, LLC collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • give us your income information or provide account information
  • show your government-issued ID or show your driver’s license
  • give us your contact information

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Openfinance Holdings, Inc.
  • CFX Direct, LLC
Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include collection agencies, IT service providers, consumer reporting agencies, and others.
  • Openfinance Technologies, LLC does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.Federal law gives you the right to limit only
